Oldest customer complaint known in the world

This clay tablet is the oldest known customer complaint recorded. Known as the complaint tablet to Ea-nasir, the tablet was sent to ancient Ur, in modern Iraq, written c. 1750 BCE. It is a complaint to a merchant named Ea-nasir from a customer named Nanni and written in Akkadian. Nanni is complaining about the sub-standard quality of the copper he ordered and that his servant who he sent to pick up the delivery was treated rudely.

I'm thinking they faked the material cert.

My thoughts are not only is the material out of spec but the material cert itself was probably made out of the wrong material which led to the material of the material cert being out of spec, add in the rudeness and I'm slapping that supplier with a non-conformance and getting them on a corrective action plan.

All I know for sure is I'm telling my procurement guy to find a second Sumerian supplier because this Ea-nasir dudes copper just ain't up to snuff and needs to get off our approved vendor list!
