Found this on the internet. It's pretty cool.
This clay tablet is the oldest known customer complaint recorded. Known as the complaint tablet to Ea-nasir, the tablet was sent to ancient Ur, in modern Iraq, written c. 1750 BCE. It is a complaint to a merchant named Ea-nasir from a customer named Nanni and written in Akkadian. Nanni is complaining about the sub-standard quality of the copper he ordered and that his servant who he sent to pick up the delivery was treated rudely.
