If the question is "enough to satisfy 7.2d?", just demonstrating competence by means of actually performing it, this would not be enough. The standard requires your organization to "
retain appropriate documented information as evidence of competence". So, records are to be presented. These records can include: performance evaluation/appraisal, updated skill matrix, accomplished employee kpi/targets, recorded employee outputs that meet the acceptance criteria, trade test results, etc.
