Wow man, you are very agile
1) CMM is now replaced with CMMI. There are 5 levels of CMMI. Software companies only eligible to take CMMI?
No.
or any field of companies can take CMMI?
Yes.
2) What i understand is CMMI 5 level is top one.
Yes.
Any organization can take CMMI 5 level directly without going to CMMI 1 to 4 level? or first they should start with CMMI 1 to reach CMMI 5?
I do not think so. Most of the companies would be happy a real maturity level 2.
Actually what level are we talking about?
Maturity (staged representation) or Capability (continuous presentation) level?
On Maturity level 1 there is a complete chaos in the company.
Maturity level 2 is a really satisfactory for most of the companies.
Actually, what appraisal method are you planning? SCAMPI? or your own one?
3) Is there any equivalent ISO standard for CMMI 5?
CMMI 5 is a dream.
I know big companies (actually from India ), being proud to have CMMI Maturity level 5 certificate, but lack of such fundamental principles in runnning project like requirement engineering, anyway.
ISO and CMMI approaches the company evaluation in a slightly different angle. ISO is more exact process centric, while CMMI process areas are more universal on the evaluation of the company.
Sum it up, ISO and CMMI are hard to compare.
There is a nice comparison document I have, actually yesterday refound it during organizing my files, see attachment.
4) Can anybody tell me who is the best consultant in India for CMMI?
If a local one is fundamental, I would contact SEI directly for advice, because CMMI is knowledge and experience driven, there is a serious training curve to run.

from worldwide, my earlier post is true, any free consultant can travel to India, its only a question of financing.
5) In ISO Standard, is it possible to integrate 9001, 14001 and 27001?
I know only having ISO9001 and ISO27001. But these certification gained separately.
Is yes, anybody know how many companies have such IMS in India and Abroad?
Do not know.
