Order and Need for Professional Certifications

So you don't see SS certs as being useful for the leadership side? Or did you think they just made more sense on the technical side, and didn't want to have them for both?

I think CQM/OE is good for leadership, if only to help a leader understand what QA Management is all about and why we do it. The tendency to hold QA professionals at arm's length is a problem in modern management, in my view.
