Although you didn't say it, I will assume that you mean you are outsourcing 7.6 a, the actual calibration, rather than the entire monitoring and measurement process. If that is wrong, please clarify exactly what you are outsourcing.
You still need to determine the monitoring and measurement needed and the required devices, and you need to establish processes to ensure that the monitoring and measurement is carried out consistently according to the determined requirements.
7.6 b, c, d, and e are all still your responsibility and are under your control. You are responsible for ensuring that items are sent for calibration when required, are marked or otherwise identified as to calibration status, are protected from unauthorized adjustment, and are protected from damage or deterioration while under your control.
You handle the 7.6 a requirement through your 7.4 purchasing process. Your purchasing documentation needs to clearly state the required tracability to standards and the recording requirements, you need to perform verification, you need to select and use qualified suppliers, you need to keep records of the supplier evaluation process, etc.
