Good Day
This is my first time I am posting in this forum.
I am a quality control officer in IICS, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. My lab is moving towards ISO-17025 certification. For the calibration of electronic equipment, we are using Wavetek 9100.
Yesterday, when I was in the middle of calibration process for Fluke multimeter, when I moved to the current section, I received the error of "Over Compliance" in my calibrator (Wavetek-9100), even when I applied very small currents.
I tried again and again.... even on some other different multimeters.... but all in vain......Please help me out.... how can I recover my calibrator? Where does the problem lie....? is it a hardware problem or somewhat software issue....????
Thanks to all
