Delta audit could also be used to mean what has changed. If there are 2 procedures and 4 work instructions instituted since the last audit, then focus on what has changed since the last audit.

Is there no one at your org who is able to explain the term's meaning?? Is there nothing in your QMS audit process docs that explain the term's meaning??
Would it be a good idea to ask the next person who uses the term to define it? Surely they must know a "delta audit" is if they're using the term or am I being naive?
