Re. 7.3. Perhaps, but don't over think the whole 'design' thing. IF you are designing an entirely new audit process, method, tools and so forth each and every time you audit, then include it. Whereas if you're designing a method and tools, which you then proceed to use for your various audits (and improve along the way), exclude it, as that is just part of setting up your system in the first place: designing and improving processes to achieve the results required. It's probably more the latter than the former.

Re. Am I right to exclude 7.5.2.(f) as there is no need to post delivery activities?? Yes.

7.6. Exclude the whole clause as it doesn't apply.
