In Southern California, the prices are still over $4.30 per US gallon.

Isn't everything in California more expensive?

Us hicks have a hard time scraping pennies up to pay for it and since we can't count worth a lick we prolly pay that much and more

I find it hard to believe that the market is so volatile that prices change 4-6 times a week.

Yes the cost of living is more expensive. But, I do have a correction: I saw the prices at $4.09 per US Gallon, unleaded.

$3.79 in Southern Indiana. My wife was in LA (Lower Alabama) and it was 3.53. 99cents by spring!!

Dropped to around £1.15p per litre here now. Thats a fall of about 5p in the past week.

This morning I saw prices range in the Rochester area from $3.99 (Walworth) to $3.85 (Henrietta). The two stations are about 25 miles apart from each other.

I saw at an ARCO yesterday $3.97 first time I have seen it under $4.00 in weeks or even months.
