Prices from a holiday weekend trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota:

5/22: $3.599, Sandy, Utah (Costco) - home, for comparison (same location was $3.219 on 5/23 last year)
5/23: $3.699, Rock Springs, Wyoming
5/23: $3.619, Casper, Wyoming
5/24: $3.599, Gillette, Wyoming
5/24: $3.799, Wall, South Dakota
5/25: $3.699, Hot Springs, South Dakota
5/26: $3.799, Lusk, Wyoming
5/26: $3.639, Rawlins, Wyoming

Drove almost 1900 miles and spent about $400 on gas. Wow, that seems like a lot. :censor:

This morning it was $3.79/gallon in Missouri. There are places where super unleaded is over $4/gallon. Yesterday it was $3.69/gallon. Good thing I gased up yesterday. :caution:

My daily commute round trip is 120 miles. I have a Saturn SC1 that gets 32 mpg. Thank goodness.:2cents:

But if it keeps going up...

Using Stijloor's conversion of 1 US gallon = 3.78541178 liters,

here in Victoria Australia we are paying AUS $6.13 a gallon (AUS$1.62 a litre).

Oh for a better public transport system...............

Wow, Coury, 3 weeks?? I'm guessing you either live near your workplace or your vehicle gets great gas mileage! :agree1:

Or, he drives to work - stays there for three weeks (sleeps in his office, eats at McDonalds next door, etc) - and then drives home!:lmao:
:lmao: That was great Andy.

:horse: They had a special on this weekend about folks going back to using horses to get around.

It takes 2.5 tanks of gas to get me back and forth to work each week. It's running about $60 a week. Any more and I'll rent a place close to work and drive home for the weekends....kinda what Andy said :singtome:
