PHASE II and NADCAP/AEROSPACE

We recently acquired a PHASE II microhardness testing machine from one our other non-NADCAP divisions. I'm being told from several sources that using this machine might cause issues with our NADCAP accreditation?? Can someone please chime in with any information as to why using this machine might be a problem. We are a NADCAP approved heat treat shop in Eastlake, OH.
