Please Recommend books that explain how to understand IATF 16949

Does anyone recommend books that explain how to understand and implemente IATF 16949, like IATF 16949 in plain English, handbook, etc.?

There are training Webinar's available for purchase. We used the AIAG webinar and two from BSI. Plus, we read through the standard and discussed each area as group within our organization.

Anyone tried and bought the IATF16949:2016 Memory Jogger?
I just hope that this book is good.
I am still waiting for the Automotive Quality Systems Handbook by David Hoyle.
The ISO 9001:2015 Handbook was already released.
Slideshare of LinkedIn has several presentation on IATF 16949.
