You could:
- have training sessions every year or more often if you consider (especially for those persons that fail to understand the requirements)
- have pictures with examples posted around.
You should also be careful not to change from one day/one week/one month to another whatever was previously decided (I mean changing them too often!).
It's also good to consider that beside the examples you present them, there will always be exceptions/cases different from those presented that do not fit the scheme.
Also could use some more skilled people or maybe team leaders to help those less skilled, right?
