A company sent their plug gage set for calibration. The calibration certification/report doesn't show the actual calibration measurements. It shows the tools used for the calibration and certified that all the gages are fine. This calibration house charges $100 more if calibration data are recorded on the report. The company certified that the plug gage set had been calibrated and certified.
Does it meet the requirement of section 7.6 which states,"Record of the results of calibration shall be maintained"? How do you interpret "Record of results of calibration"?
For in-house calibration, I expect the calibration technician to record calibration data on calibration reports.
