Pointing in the right direction for TickIT - Software Development Processes

Am surfing the net for information on ISO9000 TickIt. I am looking for good references which will point me in the right direction to advise a software team where to look and possibly how to start looking at their doftware development processes in order to document them and share best practice amongst themselves. ny input welcome. My apologies if I sound too much like a novice and you old hands get fed up of these sort of emails - remember we all had to start somewhere....

Thanks for the reference - I had been through this thread, but there aren't really references for me to go and look elsewhere. I wanted something a bit more concrete that I can go away with - book references, web pages etc.
