Definition Poka Yoke, Process Mapping, MSA - What are these terms please?

I need your help guys!! :truce:
It'd be nice to get back into work and I've seen a job that I'd like to apply for, most of the requirements I've come across but a couple of terms have either stumped me (poka yoke? Is that a tampered egg?:nope:) or I'm just unfamiliar with, (Process mapping, MSA). Can anyone enlighten me please? :tg:

Poka yoke: A Japanese term for mistake-proofing

Process map: A process flowchart. There is no standardized method.

MSA: Measurement system analysis, which is a statistical process for identifying and understanding gaging error. Gage R&R is a type of MSA.

MSA in particular is most often (but not exclusively) associated with TS16949 the automotive quality systems standard. If the organisation you're applying to is an automotive supplier, you may want to mug up on TS too.
