Post-delivery activities - How do you describe for a 2nd or 3rd tier supplier?

Hi folks,

I'm posting one doubt of mine from long time ago :frust: : how do you describe post-delivery activities for a 2nd tier or more supplier? For instance, our company assembles components for automotive industry, we don't have post-delivery activities such as warranties, all this is our customer responsability. The only activities after delivery we perform is to make some repairs whenever a defective part or assembly of our responsability is found at our customer's house.
