Power Traceability certificate for values for voltage, current and phase

I have a 5522A that came with a calibration certificate for values for voltage, current and phase. Since power (Watts) is a derived SI unit, can we claim traceability to power through the combination of traceability for voltage, current and phase?

Yes you can.
Fluke explains their methodology for Power Uncertainty in their operator manual, page 1-20.
