PPAP question for audit

Hello group.
Questions about PPAP.
We have PPAP documentation approved for the production of parts from the automotive industry by plastic injection.
1. If during an audit it is found in the Standard with process parameters a change = eg in PPAP the piece had 10 g after injection, now by changing the parameters in the standard following a revision, I have for example 12 g, this change must be communicated the client?
is it a non-compliance to change the parameters without notifying the client?
in this case for the weight of the part I have no tolerance, and in CSR the client does not specify anything about this.
2. if the revision to the standard with parameters is done then in the evidence of the revisions it must be specified and what has changed?
is non-compliance only the evidence of revisions without specifying the changes?

Not enough information. I don't know what "...changing the parameters in the standard..." means. Did you do an IMDS submission for this part? Has anything in the PPAP submission changed as a result of the change, such as the control plan? Why was the change that resulted in the weight increase done?

change in parameters example: in Parameters sheet used for making the trials/ first aproval part we have 250 c temperature in nozzele head. after ppap aproval, when we start real production, we use instead off 250 c in nozzle head 260 C.this is a change off parameters.

Do you have tolerances for your process parameters? Are you still within these tolerances? If so, then no problem. If not you need to re-PPAP.

My experience, a lighter weight injection molded part may not be packed out adequately which may make the part weaker.

yes. we have tolerance. this is my concern, when we are out of tolerance. thx for all response.

No , control plan don’t change, only value of an parmater from parameter sheet

Could you answer my question?
It looks like process parameters specifications were defined "too easily".
It is not question of making "good" parts and job finished.
It is about determining boundaries. Getting knowledge when NOK part could be made.
