Presentation Material for New Project Kick Off Meeting

Hello,

i was requested by management to conduct kick off meeting for our new wire harness project. Basically, i never have no experience in doing kick off meeting . 3 department will be involved in the meeting ie: QA,Production and Engineering.

i hope that someone here can share or guide with me on how to conduct kick off meeting especially for new project. Possibly,please share with me any material for the kick off meeting and/or maybe you can provide me step by step guidance on the agenda/content of this meeting. In my hand, i have only the new SOPs for the new proceses and i dont have any other information.

i need some sample of presentation material in which i can use them as a reference for preparing my presentation. My target is about 30 minute presentation. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

I would suggest that you:

1. start off with discussing safety
2. review the scope of work,
3. review the objectives for the project,
4. what project success measures are going to be used to measure achievement of the objectives
5. define from where is that data going to be collected from
6. do a brief review of the project plan
7. what equipment is to be used
8. which people are going to be used
9. review the competences of the people against project needs
10. discuss any deviations from company procedures that will be required and their limitations.
11. review the Gnatt chart or other progress measures to be used
12. when will progress meetings be held and who will attend

Dear member,

i have succesfully conducted the first kick off meeting for my company,in which was also first time experience for me. i have prepared the presentation material with some inputs given plus my very own idea and i would like to share it here with all. According to my General Manager the presentation is ok for beginners and therefore i would like to share and hope it would be useful for others too in future.Tq
