It would help to know who the target audience is - consultants? Management? Document specialists/technical writers?
A good manual is often only a few pages, a poor one just mimics ISO 9001 (or similar) so the approach is going to affect the content of the presentation.
What's the objective in training them? A quality manual is normally prepared once. Are these people from different organizations? Or are they working for the same one?
It's not usual to train people on such a specific subject...In my experience of training people on QMS documentation.
