If you can't see a way to address it, then that's a clue........There's very little in ISO 9001 that an effective organization isn't already doing, so if you don't 'see it' as applying, then it probably doesn't. I am intrigued that it's the admin org. that's going for certification - I wouldn't have thought the CB would allow that. Without giving too much away, what does the 'other part' of the organization?
