Printed Circuit Board - IMDS declaration

Recently I submitted a IMDS of a PCB structure and was rejected due the following rason (please see attached files):

Can someone help me with this issue? I have only to remove a substance (Dicyclohexyl-phthalate)?

Although I can't help you with the chemistry and physics, what this normally means is that the substance(s) in question normally burn off or are converted during processing such that they're no longer present in the finished product. IMDS is concerned only with the chemical makeup of the finished goods.
