In my opinion, if you can just print the badges with the employee pictures on one side, you can print a business card (or similar size card) with the quality policy and ask employees to carry both the badge and the quality policy in one badge holder... That way, you don't have to re-issue the badges, just the cards.
You can also print stuff on both sides of the cards if you want to communicate more information to employees... maybe one side for the quality policy and the other for emergency contact names? or safety policy? or ... whatever you think would be appropriate.

- We do not reference the ISO-9001 standard in our quality policy.
- The only place where we make reference to the ISO-9001 standard is in our site quality manual. Our corporate headquarters has asked that we update those few references to clearly link to the ISO-9001-2008 standard.
