Hello, So I am having some issue with the documented problem solving procedure we are supposed to have for IATF. Can someone explain the intent of the clause and also the GM CSR that goes with the clause. Right now, my idea was to keep it simple .. Write about internal issues, customer complaints, warranty and internal audits and how we use problem solving to address those. Is my idea on the correct path ? We are also a GM supplier and at one point was being ran by GM and they were using fast response but they since gotten rid of it, i dont think its a requirements anymore. Can someone provide some expert advice please ?
