I am looking for a procedure for control of records if anyone can help me and send me a procedure he already used it before.
I read the clause of ISO 9001 regarding control of records and I think that I have a problem in understanding some points:
What does it mean by storage of records? I mean does it mean storage of records during the life cycle of records or it means storage of records after their life cycles completed?
IS there any difference between storing records and archiving records?
What can we call the process of keeping the records during their life cycle (within the department originally generate these records), I mean when we keep the records in cabinet in different department? Do we call it storage of records?
