Thank Stijloor!
I do know the definition of organization in ISO 9000 3.3.1
organization
group of people and facilities with an arrangement of responsibilities, authorities and relationships
EXAMPLE Company, corporation, firm, enterprise, institution, charity, sole trader, association, or parts or combination
thereof.
NOTE 1 The arrangement is generally orderly.
NOTE 2 An organization can be public or private.
But the noation in tab "4- QMS" of the process identification tool, it says : Processes are not individual activities.
The processes listed here, across the top should be major processes such as customer oriented processes or major support processes.
Example: Manufacturing Process (contains many sub processes),
or Vehicle Assembly Process, or
Purchasing Process.
The major processes may be conveniently defined as the major organizations within the company."---> This got confused, are there many organizations WITHIN the company?
organization = division department? I don't think so
BTW, I translate the TOOLS into Chinese, can I upload here?
