Hello,
Thanks in advance...
Our company is considering including a "certificate of birth", "Product / Contents Inspection Sheet", etc. in every product we sell. So that when the end user/customer opens up our product, they will have a "document" in their hands with hand written data showing that someone actually took time to fill in a cert or inspection sheet, indicating the item was verified and approved for release and use. Something very basic like an electronics manufacturer would do - showing that the item passed tests and then signed, with the serial number and dates etc. of the tests/release.
Does anyone do this anymore? If you do, please post examples!
