I'm in the same boat as you (customer want hard copies of EVERYTHING), so my print is also included with the package.
If you have a large number of dimensions which require capability analysis (more than 4 as a guideline) you may also want to include a Capability Summary Matrix, showing dimension number, dimension name, tolerance, average, standard deviation, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, gage type and GR&R.
If your SPC package will export out into Excel, this can all be linked in the package, to cut down on workload entering the same data over and over.
