Project Management in IT company

Hello everybody!!!

I am starting my new way in carrier becouse I have just become QM in company I work in (it is IT company).

I have just started to collect all needed information and requirements - from the corporate point of view and on the basis of customer's segment analysis (and their requirements).

I have to start to work out our Project Management documentation in the quality framework and would ask You to share with me with any exaples of thise kind of documentation if it is possible.
I mean documentation which is made basis on PM Book Guide or others.

I found these attachements very useful to manage the projects with quality management system.
They are good models to create my own.

But I am looking also for more general documentation to manage projects especially in IT company, where the main activity of the company is no production but services, which are managed in the way of projects management.
