PSW - Organization Manufacturing Information

Let me ask you for your opinions.

We are a European production site and we have a remote location (also EU located) as a separate business unit for design, sales.
The remote location sold the goods to final customers and ship from our warehouse to them.

During PPAP we issued PSW with our information and customer. Anyway, the remote location is always sending PSW that they will issue with their Organization Manufacturing Information. Later on, we will receive only the PSW that is issued by the remote location.

I believe this is the wrong approach, and there should be information about the subject that produces a part, and a subject that uses a product for further usage (another Tier or OEM).
