Hi all,
I'm now trying to solve the problem as we found some of our products (human cell) used the expired cryogenic vials as containers. It's because the misleading of the COA provided by the supplier and so we used those vials on past.
Now we would like to perform the tests provided on the COA, that's sterility and pyrogen test. However, pyrogen test is unable to perform in our lab. I couldn't find any articles that prove the tubes are ensure for pyrogen free if packing is intact, even they're out of the expiry date. Is pyrogen test necessary for this situation?
I would be pleased if anyone can help.
Thanks a lot!!
