Q as the Datum Maximum Material Condition then MINUS 0.020

I have a GD&T frame that looks normal but on the second last frame it has Q as the datum maximum material condition then MINUS 0.020.
I don't understand what the designer is trying to tell me.
Q is the centre of a keyway and the frame is for a hole on a different plane but angled at 60 degrees from the key center

What GD&T Standard is mentioned on the drawing?

"Minus" is an unusual modifier in a feature control frame.

It is possible that the engineer wanted to invoke LMC, but that's just a guess on my part.

The best advise I can provide is to contact the engineer and ask for clarification.

Others may chime in soon...
