Is there such a thing as "perfect"...I hope not, or else the continual improvement aspect of a system becomes a moot point.
I haven't looked at the manual Randy attached, but if it provides a starting point for Nadeem, that's great! I would attach a copy of our manual, but it does contain proprietary information, and I don't have time to sift through it and remove all of the confidential information.

Nadeem, here's a suggestion for you though...and it is the approach we took with our manual.
- Determine the links between the standards - that is to say, figure out how the elements relate to each other from standard to standard (hint - this can be found in their appendices)
- Align the elements with Plan-Do-Check-Act
- Write your manual in a PDCA format
Asking a group of people like us for something to share instead of doing one's own Google search is something this site has in common with my husband's site Linuxbeginner.org. I see it as the nature of the beast and will spend some time doing lookups for posters, especially if it could benefit the community even if they haven't asked for that source at the moment.
