QPD (Quality Policy Deployment) reading recomendations?

Is there anyone out there who can recomend some good reading on QPD related issues? (QPD = Quality Policy Deployment) See, I´m picking up the acronyms

Do a Google search and you will get some ideas. Although I must admit, IMO, QPD sounds kinda like an acronym created by someone who wanted to write a book about it or sell a course on it, etc. If you work to “deploy” your Q Policy, aren’t you implementing a QMS as a whole? Or am I being too cynical here?
