M M Greenaway Mar 17, 2003 #2 Mar 17, 2003 #2 Its from ISO9001:1994, on which QS9000 is based. ISO9001:1994 had sections 1.x, 2.x and 3.x, but they were a bit of pre-amble to the 'requirements' (the shall bits) in section 4. Hope that helps.
