At home I think I still have a binder from a QS-9000 auditing course I took in the '90s. I'm sure it's copyrighted and I wouldn't be able to post it here.
Regardless, QS-9000 has been considered a "dead" standard since 2006. Is there a reason you need a booklet for a standard with no valid certificates for 10 years?
