QS Shop upgrading to ISO 9K2K

We are both ISO 9002 & QS 9000 certified. Does anyone have a conversion table that I can use to ensure I am addressing QS correctly in the new ISO 9K2K format? I think I have it right, but would like to double check it against something if possible.

Possibly take a look in the "free files" area, I think there is a gap analysis there.
