The International Automotive Sector Group (IASG) periodically publishes Sanctioned Interpretations for QS-9000. They are the only ones that can be used to clarify statements in the QS-9000 standard. The AIAG website https://www.aiag.org has the latest version dated 2-29-00 available for downloading. IASG has been publishing these sanctioned interpretations since 1995 or 1996. I hope this helps.
