I 've been working on the development of an Auditing Skills training tool, focusing on Auditor Interpersonal skills and attributes. I've split it out into the following sections:
1. Organisation and Time Management Skills
2. Questioning and Listening Skills
3. Influence and Leadership Skills

I'd appreciate any info. on these, or what you think makes a good auditor.
Also if you are aware of any guidelines etc..

Thanks
Eire

I moved your post to the training board, you should get a better response to your questions.

Welcome to the Cove, Sean. :bigwave:

How about things like:
  • Notetaking and Report Development
  • Body Language - the unspoken form of communication
  • Teamwork - supporting your fellow auditors
  • Overcoming Roadblocks - the absent auditee, language barriers, ringing phones, and people who love to give their dissertations on Tolstoy's 'War and Peace"

:D
