I made my first calculator for quality costs about 20 years ago and have wanted to make it easier to use, also enable supplier performance tracking because I have so seldom seen my clients include trended performance of external providers in Management Review.

Please feel free to let me know if you see any errors or opportunities for improvement. I do intend to also include a tracker for internal COPQ issues.

Hi Jen - nice tool.

General question (possible addition): Over my years, we included cost of downtime (lines down). A supplier could take down a line and cost a lot of $.
