Re: Exam question help - Verification of a few answers to questions
As an instructor myself, these sound like a specific study guide connected to a specific course/textbook. As I read through these, I can almost hear the instructor thinking "A week ago Monday I presented Chapter 6, which covered 4 common ways of implementing a quality system. If the students read the chapter and listened to my brilliant! lecture, they should be able to repeat back these 4 ways."
Depending on your instructor, getting insightful answers from people here might end up being counterproductive! As others have pointed out, many of these questions could be answered differently depending on the situation. If the instructor expects you to parrot back his bulletted points from his PPT slides, then presenting some other "core quality concepts" might get counted wrong.
I think your best choice is to go back thru the notes and the text and try to identify these specific topics from the course materials.
