My reply considering you are referring to ISO9001:2015:
ISO9001:2015 now doesn't require a quality manual.
However, it's up to your organization whether you require one and how detailed it should be.
You can search online and you'll get samples of quality manuals, which will tend to be lengthy but will help you to understand what a typical quality manual looks like (in case you don't have samples).
However, I would suggest you go with minimum documentation such as Scope, Quality policy, quality objectives, process map, procedures required by your organization. If required, you can just give reference to particular documentation specifying how you meet the requirement of the standard- a matrix showing clause Vs documentation linkage might help.
