Abbreviations are a risk, especially when you use a lot of them... If you use them, you should make sure to define them ALL. Too many abbreviations drive me nuts, but whatever works for your business is fine. Quality Manual's are not there to make an outside auditor's life easier, they are there because they are required by a standard and to help your business to organize and meet the requirements of a standard.
Your QM does appear to have one or two abbreviations that are not defined, for example what does MTP mean? (you do say Medical Technical Products on the cover, but you do not define that on your acronyms page, is that what the acronym means? I found MTP on page 7 + 13 + 18) Never assume others will understand acronyms that are common to your industry, and if you are going to use an acronym, make sure it is defined. You should also use caution using acronyms where they are not used in your final version of the QM (I saw FSCA defined under abbreviations, but could not find it elsewhere in your document - then again, it's early and I haven't had my first cup of tea yet).
Other than that, I like it... concise, directs you to the correct documents, gives you a sense of how the processes work.
