Quality Manual for Corporate umbrella certification

I would like to implement a certification umbrella having 7 factories spreaded along the world.
The CB told me I have to write the HQ or Corporate Quality Manual and the other sister companies will harmonise their own Quality Manual accordingly. Can you show me a Corporate Quality Manual just to see if I'm on the right track? If not, is there someone able to give me some indications what have I to write into the Corporate Quality Manual more than general statements on the Corporate policy, process approach and all the ISO 9001:2008 requirements?

Hi Daniele,
another approach that could be pursued is to have a Corporate manual,including references to six mandatory procedures and company policies as well as overall process mapping.
Then local site could reference the general procedures in their own procedures as to key processes, without douing another manual.
probably some site do not have design processes too.
This solution is also could compliant , but my suggestion is to create an effective quality system, more oriented to prrocesses and not only on paper
