..ive been a constant visitor of the Cove and the inputs given are really very helpful i must say! i learned just by reading the threads
..now ill be needing your help guys for some clarification about Quality Objectives? 5.4.1 states...."are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization."
..does that "levels within the organization" meant to be like a target per company department per se?...say i have accounts, HR, sales and production as my departments, do we need to set a target for each??

I have never had my Objectives in the Quality Manual. Objectives should be living documents and may/should change at each review based on how you are meeting them. Having them in the manual makes that problematic.
