I do not think if there is any general purpose universal quality plan.
(d)Quality planning. Each manufacturer shall establish a quality plan which defines the quality practices, resources, and activities relevant to devices that are designed and manufactured. The manufacturer shall establish how the requirements for quality will be met.
It does not necessarily one document having a title on it "Quality Plan". And it does not actually saying that is should be a document.
This is more like a combination of the parts of the already existing quality management system within the company with some of the product specific expectations including timing, resource assignments, practices, etc..
The document I need is specific to the quality aspects of producing a particular product. I found what I was looking for from a colleague.
Thanks anyway.
I like that too, it is a conditional formation, this is a very usefull excel tool, you can also use a "traffic light" to indicata that some document will expired soon or is alredy expired.
Ajit
It was introduced in office 2010 (i think). its found under conditional formatting/icon sets. See the attached screen shot.

p.s.
While i think about it if you do not have office 2010 you can create a simialar effect using macros, the turtotial here http://www.excelcharts.com/blog/how-to-create-thematic-map-excel/ is very good. Have used it to create an updatable worldwide sales map, but it can be applied to any shape cell etc
