Be careful with the meet and exceed term. We generally say that we will meet their needs (evidenced by order confirmation and COA) and exceed their expectations (evidenced by on time delivery, or better results than agreed initially)
Also, remember, you are a business - you don't charge for excess - that you give away for free, so the excess must not cost any more, but still add value.
