Reviewing Quality policy in Management Review meetings will fullfill the requirement, but, I believe this is not the only way to do that , as far as I know , there should be inputs too from Lower and Mid management (see EFQM) , though, We are trying to take some inputs in our organization for the Quality policy through Employee satsifaction surveys for example .

Samer, as you say, doing it via a MR meeting will fulfill the requirement.

No, it isn't the only way to do it, as various posters have already said.

Your idea of seeking more inputs to the review, including employee is a fine one, and one demonstration of how going beyond the minimum requirement might be done. But this would depend very much upon the individual organisation and its culture: for some others, the very idea would be anathema (ie, not to be even considered!).

So we have to review it at the management meeting then.
Yes, in case you hold periodic meetings but it's not necessary that the policy is reviewed in every such meetings. You can even define a different time interval for policy review, say once in a year or so but in any case, as Samer has quoted in his post, the review must be based on inputs/ data / feedback from different levels in the organizations for the management to be able to evaluate if the current policy is still suitable, effective and "is appropriate to the purpose of the organization".

NO
We have scheduled in our QM monthly management meeting during which we cover all requirements of inputs and discuss outputs of MM. But once a year we said we would have larger one and discuss Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Employee evaluation, Vendors re-evaluation-which in different post I already got advices, doest not have to be done every year.

But the monthly once are just regular, running business/ISO up keeping meetings:agree1:

Monthly reviews are good enough for most issues in particular the critical ones. My emphasis was on 'Policy Review' only which I suppose doesn't need to be done so frequently unless the whole system undergoes recurrent changes that somehow warrant review/revision of the policy.

Anyway, it's upto the organization to define the time interval at which it is supposed to be reviewed.
