A
A QSM is made up of a number of sections. Typically changes to the QSM are made on a section by section basis. When a QSM is released ISO says make it REV A. QA-QSM-900 Rev A is the document number I have assigned our QSM manual.
If in the next month I change two sections, they are revised to REV B. Do I have to publish a new QA-QSM-900 Rev B or can I use a QSM revision history page after the table of contents that will list the Rev Level and Date for all sections in the manual.
TIA
